House votes to decriminalize and tax marijuana.

In a bipartisan vote, Congress moved, for the first time, to pass legislation that would remove Marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act. This particular legislation is not likely to pass the Republican controlled Senate, but it is evidence that more Americans continue to support Marijuana policy reform.
