As courts around the country resume trial dockets and attempt to get back to "normal,"  a federal district court in Massachusetts has ordered all participants in an upcoming bench trial to disclose to the court whether they have been vaccinated against COVID-19.  The trial judge's experience overseeing an in-person criminal trial prompted the order. It is unclear what the judge intends to do with the information - which he has agreed not to disclose -- but might vaccination status affect the ability to participate in a trial, at least in the near or medium term?
