"Approaching normalcy"...it may not feel like it yet, but it is a welcoming thought. Employers have been riding the rollercoaster of on/off mandates for two years and approaching normalcy, while a welcome thought, also means they need to make their own decisions on what COVID precautions they will take.

Mask mandates continued to fall in traditionally cautious blue states Wednesday as the number of U.S. coronavirus cases plunged, covid-19 hospitalizations dropped below 100,000 and the government’s chief medical adviser, Anthony S. Fauci, said the country is “on the road to approaching normality.”
