While very few positive things can be said of COVID-19, the reality is that it has rapidly changed the delivery of healthcare. The changes to a virtual delivery system is not without its hiccups, but by and large has allowed many patients to seek access from the safety of their own home. My hope is that this rapid transformation continues as we have only witnessed the tip of the iceberg when it comes to delivering the patient a simplified experience. I believe the time is now, and we as a nation are up to the challenge.
