Japanese government formed a panel to discuss the possibility of SPAC in Japan.

In order to encourage people to start businesses Japanese government formed several working group to discuss how to grow startup communities. I guess this SPAC panel is a similar effort made by the government. Japanese Cabinet Secretariat's website released documents related to the startup working group in Japanese.
