Japanese large corporations are seriously looking for investment opportunities in the US!

JETRO, a Japanese government supported organization, organizes a reverse pitch event on July 14 and 15 to attract US healthcare related companies to work with Japanese companies.

Many Japanese insurance companies join the event.  It seems that they are aggressively investing into U.S. startups. 

According to TechCrunch, Sompo, a Japanese insurance company, invested $45 million to One Concern, which builds a platform regarding disasters.
