Waiting on pins and needles for the new OSHA ETS? Here is an update.

OSHA has finally sent its long awaited COVID-19 ETS to OMB for approval.  While many speculated that the ETS may no longer be necessary, it appears OSHA felt it was.  Once published, employers will need to review carefully and incorporate its requirements.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced on Monday it has sent a draft emergency temporary standard (ETS) on the coronavirus pandemic to the Office of Management and Budget, defending the extra time the agency took to move on establishing a standard.
